This is full day excursion to city of Dubrovnik. From Budva by beautiful coastal ride to the town of Herceg Novi and further to the border line with Croatia.

Finishing border formalities and from border there is 45 min drive to the most beautiful old city on Mediterranean Sea, city of Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik is one of the most prominent tourist destinations on the Adriatic, a seaport and the center of Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The prosperity of the city of Dubrovnik has always been based on maritime trade. Supported by its wealth and skilled diplomacy, the city achieved a high level of development, particularly during the 15th and 16th centuries.

Dubrovnik is among the 10 best medieval walled cities in the world. Although Dubrovnik was demilitarized in the 1970s to protect it from war, in 1991, after the breakup of Yugoslavia, it was besieged by Yugoslavian forces for seven months and received significant shelling damage.

Walking through this amazing city takes you by the dominant main street of Stradun, by the palaces, cathedrals, churches to the main harbor on the sea front of the city.

Afterwards by the ferry connection we arrived on island of Lokrum a Nature and Special Forest Vegetation Reserve.
On the eastern side of the island, protected from the open sea, there is a small natural harbor. The island covers an area of 0.8 km² and is covered in thick Mediterranean flora. On the southern part of the island there is a small salt lake, 10 m deep, known as the Dead Sea. Nearby there is a deserted Benedictine monastery, founded in 11th century.
After a free and relaxing time on island of Lokrum and city of Dubrovnik, it will be departure back to Budva.
